Well except for the butterfly xD

I was real slow hehs...

Like when it was just kicking exercises i was far ahead of everyone.

But when it came to the arms drills i was far behind xD

In other words.

My arms are VERY weak..

Legs still aching like mad xD

From training like... 3 days ago xD
